We need a cyber security expert who knows what they are doing from start to finish. No time wasters. We want to see Cyber Security qualifications with a proven track record before we even start and am willing to take offers. Our home has been compromised throughout. It started on a pc then onto all devices. Devices will need to be reset and made safe. We have a new router to be set up and smart devices will need to be reset and secured. It's a 3 room flat including bedrooms/kitchen etc. Job needs to be done properly by an expert in cyber security that can confirm it will not happen again in writing.

performance becomes jittery either just opening apps or even just moving the mouse. tried to fix many times but it will work for a bit then go bad again, it must be hardware issue because i have wiped the drive and reinstalled windows many times but i can’t figure out what it is

I am having trouble connecting my pc to new monitors and cables and I am not sure why. The monitors work, as do the DP and HDMI cables, as when I test the monitors with my laptop they connect. Likewise, I thought my pc was broken so I took it to a repair shop and it booted up fine with his cables and monitors. But for some reason, my pc, cables and monitors are not working. The monitors work and the pc work but the combination is the issue. Likely an easy and small job for a knowledgeable person!

PS5 (launch model) shuts down without warning during heatwave- PSU is warm to the touch. Have vacuumed the dust catchers and cleaned the fans to the best of my ability, but the problem still occurs so I can only assume it's an issue with the PSU itself, perhaps the liquid metal needs replacing. Not confident enough to disassemble and perform myself. Aware it may be due to the extreme heat in the UK but I believe the console should be able to cool itself.
