When I log into my PC the GPU is not recognised on the PC. It is out of place and I require help. It was working before.

I have a new surface laptop (about a month old). I seem to be having really bad internet connectivity issues. Upload and download speeds on my router seem fine and other things connected to the router work fine. Browsing is at best slow and at worst does not connect when I click through links. I’m running Norton 360 device protection. When I look at task manager, there is nothing overly using the CPU. Running at about 10%. Memory c73%. Disk 1% and Network 0%. I’m also having g trouble with my wireless printer which leads me to believe it’s a connectivity issue. Help!!

Samsung soundbar MODEL: HW-Q700A has stopped working - no sign of life. Subwoofer seems to still work (has blinking blue light) so assume it’s only a soundbar issue. I’ve looked at the fuse in the soundbar plug and that looks fine too. Read online that these sound bars do just stop working so would like to know if it’s worth repairing. Thanks
