My pc won’t boot idk what the problem is

Just install it so it works and runs fine

Power supply cable that goes into motherboard caught on fire recently, got a new psu but not booting up

We have a hole through a wall but it's not big enough to fit our internet cable. I've tried drilling it but I don't have a long or thick enough drill bit to get the width needed to get the cable through. With the right tools this should be a fairly quick job (5-10 minutes)

Got a new motherboard to swap out as well the GPU and need the pc cleaned.
