Find a local tasker to help you with Windows

I have just built my new pc, but it keeps giving me memory errors and my gpu isnt recognised when i start up games either. It crashes regularly and i think it must be with how installed bios/windows/drivers because i didnt really know what i was doing. Just need someone who knows how to reset it from scratch and help with loading it up from usbs etc I am available anytime after 5:30 midweek and most weekends. Windows 10 os installation on 2 Com hpc client modules and full installation of habana guadi ocp ai accelerator but that only uses ubuntu so you can install that on my server instead which is already ubuntu installed i have the eval Client board and alot of spare gpus and the ram for the 2 Com hpc client modules - Due date: Flexible
