After installing a new printer cartridge my Epson Workforce Pro WF-4820 has stopped functioning correctly. The print quality for the black cartridge is bad. I am also unable to change the cartridges now, when open the printer it gives me a close the scanner unit error, even when the scanner lid is closed.
