We want to decommision the ACER but have photos/videos on there, we would get a Crucial X9 4TB Portable External SSD with connecting cable, for engineer to first install SSD but ideally not a new one, as ultimately pc will be decommissioned, and then extract videos/photos and if possible have one back up of all, which can later be copied into folders. Key to ensure meta data on dates. ACER is slow, so needs an SSD. We have Acer Aspire C24‑865 from 2019, windows 10. Reason we ieally don't want to disconnect and have home visit, is due to fact ACER is linked to a weather system.
