Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to build a custom timber structure/boxing to conceal exposed plumbing pipes and gaps behind and around the toilet. Key Tasks: - Frame & Boxing: Build a neat, fitted timber frame/boxing around the exposed waste pipe and water inlet lines behind the toilet cistern.
- Materials: I already have the MDF board on-site. Tasker to supply basic timber framing studs, screws/fixings, and sealant.
-Finish: Neat finish flush against the adjacent walls and floor, ready for painting.

Build shelving in a small utility cupboard

We have wooden kitchen worktops that have been treated and protected using Top Oil. They are in need of sanding down and resurfacing again especially around the sink area to restore them. Please propose appropriate surface treatment, time required and and budget.

Experienced carpenter needed for several framing jobs in a Victorian house. 1. Bedroom wall – demolish & rebuild Remove an existing non-load-bearing stud/lath-and-plaster wall between two bedrooms and rebuild it approximately 0.5m further into one bedroom to make the adjoining room larger. New wall approx. 2m wide × 2m high, plus a short return/corner section approx. 0.5m. 2. Bathroom shower wall Build a new stud partition for a shower, approx. 2.3m high × 1.5m deep. 3. Concealed WC Build a small frame for a concealed WC/cistern, approx. 1m high × 400mm wide. 4. Four pocket doors Prepare/alter 4 existing internal door openings and construct the correct framing for pocket-door systems. Some existing walls are traditional Victorian lath-and-plaster and are non-load-bearing. Openings need to be correctly measured and framed square, plumb and level. We can supply the pocket-door kits separately if required. Looking for a carpenter/joiner to refit my kitchen plinths after a parquet flooring job. The new floor height means the plinths need to be trimmed to the correct height and neatly refitted. This is a straightforward job but need to have a circular saw/fine-tooth saw suitable for making clean, straight cuts and be confident with accurate finishing. Please bring your own tools and let me know your availability (the sooner the better).

Build a waterproof wooden box using screws rather than glue that can easily be detached/removable to house piping for free standing bath tub taps. Dimensions of the box need to be: 35cm long, 15cm wide, 17cm tall

I need 3 recessed glass doorways temporarily filled with timber frames and 18mm plywood, so the finished surface is flush with the existing wall and ready for a professional company to install dance mirrors. The existing doors must stay in place behind the new panels. This is a leased commercial property, so no drilling or permanent fixings into the existing walls, floor, ceiling, doors or door frames. The infills need to be secure and stable but fully removable at the end of the lease without damage. I only need the 3 door recesses filled, not a new wall across the whole room. Need an experienced carpenter to remove my old front door then fit and hang a new solid timber flush front door blank into an existing timber frame (SE21 London) Install the locks, fit draught strips and a bottom seal / threshold. The goal is to change my current door ( with number 2 on it ) to have the same style of door as my neighbour ( with number 1 on it ).

This is a table we assembled ourselves from pre-cut plywood and pre-made legs. We need to shorten it to fit into a different space. This requires to cut the plywood. This can be one cut and moving the legs / cable routing, or two cuts. You would need to come with the relevant tools (e.g. saw)

We are having electrical work carried out on our property and as part of these works, we need to build and install a weather-proof electrics box. Carpenter / Joinery Tradesperson Wanted Looking for a skilled carpenter/joinery tradesperson who can recreate the items shown in the photos: • A 3/4 tier MDF drinks table/stand • I only need the basic foundations/structures made — I’ll be doing all the finishing, decorating and other work myself. Modify a kitchen cabinet to accept a dishwasher (pref integrated)

A cabinet door in my kitchen has torn off its hinges and needs repair and reattachment The screws seem to have ripped out of the inner back of the cabinet door task: repair the damaged screw hole area and securely rehang the door so it aligns properly with the adjoining cabinets Please supply the appropriate repair hardware. Ready for someone to come as soon as possible in the evening this week or in the day on Friday

I need a bathroom mirrored cabinet fitted to a tiled bathroom wall. (See pic) Cabinet is going to be in between the window and the shower about 30cm above the sink.

Need someone to finish sanding balcony timber bar/ledge. We’ve already started the job, just need someone to come and complete the sanding so the wood is smooth and even all the way along. The issue is with an integrated pull-out bin system where the bins are mounted internally on side rails.
