Hi, I have a Sage Barista Express. It seems to have an issue with the internal group head screws. I had this problem 2-3 years ago. Water is splashing from the side. Shower tray is fairly new and I recently replaced the seal and also cleaned the group head internal areas thoroughly. We live in Kingston upon Thames. Water mixed with coffee residues is accumulating inside the machine and in the coffee grounds container, which should normally remain almost dry. There are visible water traces and leakage marks under and around the brew unit, indicating that water is not being correctly channelled to the drip tray and is instead leaking inside the machine. The issue appeared gradually and has become worse over time. Observed symptoms Water and coffee sludge collecting in the used coffee grounds container Water leaking inside the machine body Moisture and residue around the brew unit area No external leaks from the water tank itself Suspected causes Based on the symptoms, the most likely causes are: Worn or hardened seals (O-rings) on the brew unit piston Possible leakage from the drain valve / upper piston assembly Potential deterioration or loose connection of internal silicone hoses Given the age of the machine, seal degradation is considered the primary cause.

Hello! Our bean to cup Sage machine (Barista touch) does not froth and does not make coffee any more. When we try and run the cycle, it makes a very loud noise as if some pipes are blocked but no water (or very little water) is coming out of the steam wand or the group head. Also steam comes out from the inside of the machine.

The electrics on the Stove range cooker have stopped working. I believe there is a fuse within the back of the cooker which I can’t reach, but there is something that will have triggered it. We were using the oven at the time so it might be the fan, light , or heating element perhaps.

1) Fix a leaky bathroom tap 2) Repair a hole in the ceiling where the smoke alarm was fitted and has since dropped. We would like to refit the smoke alarm into this space.

I think scale buildup has gotten increasingly worse. I manually descale it but recently it goes back to having issues within a couple weeks. It’s a sage barista pro.
