It’s a creatista coffee machine, I noticed that the milk steamer stopped working half way through steaming then the machine started to lose power all together. I changed the fuse in the plug, which helped and it worked again but now it has died again

Hi, I need someone to help with a drainage problem. My washing machine isn’t draining properly and when it does drain, the dirty water backs up into the kitchen sink. There’s also stagnant water left sitting in the washing machine drum and it smells bad. I think the shared waste pipe between the sink and washing machine is blocked or draining very slowly. I need someone to inspect it, clear the blockage, and make sure the washing machine drains properly again. Ideally looking for someone affordable as it should be a quick job.

My boiler seems to be in good working order but isn’t producing and heat - I need someone to have a look at it and my settings and let me know. Both water and heating isn’t working
