We recently bought a second hand Breville coffee machine online. Unfortunately the water is not pulling through to the group head or the steam wand. The machine turns on and will heat up, but makes a low whirring noise when the cup button is pressed. We have tried to descale the machine but this does not work either. Please help!

Towel rail heating circuit is not working and hasn’t work for a while. I thought it might be the neostat thermostats not calling for heating but they appear ok. Suspect it is a burnt out motor in the Honeywell motorised valve. Need someone to come in and replace the seized motor and check and programme the neo stat.

I had two new radiators installed in my bathroom last year, but they do not heat up. They are connected to the central underfloor heating system, but the water remains cold. A plumber attempted to identify the issue but couldn't, which suggests it's a structural installation fault in the pipes behind the wall rather than a quick fix. I am looking for someone to: 1) Inspect the pipes behind the wall to diagnose the connection fault and fix the issue so the radiators work with the underfloor heating. 2) Install electric heating elements (dual fuel) in the radiators as a backup. The existing radiators support dual fuel. I know from the previous radiators that there is existing wiring/power outlets behind the radiators, so no new cabling from the fuse box is required. Water is drizzling out of coffee machine pump might need replacing

Our Sage Barista Pro has stopped working. First the water was only coming through for a few seconds at a time from the main head, now it has stopped coming through at all. ?problem with the pump, ?blockage.

The washer-dryer is not heating. I tested the Cotton 60°C programme and after 10–15 minutes the door glass remained completely cold. It appears the heating element or temperature sensor may have failed. The machine otherwise runs normally and shows no error codes.
