I believe the old plaster has been cut and temporarily screwed in to place. New plaster would need to be screwed in and then patched, sanded etc. Ready for painting. I have removed an old wall and the plastering required is more complicated than what I’m used to. There is cornice work that needs repairing also. In the photos you can see the corner that needs plastering next to the wardrobe. I would also like some advice on how to frame up the top of the wardrobe to make it as easy as possible to wrap the cornice. This could be added to the job.
