Repair and replace gyprock on outer/front layer only. I want it looking normal again. Had to rip this apart due to a flood. No painting required. Measurement of wall/entire pictured section is 2220x1020. Note that the bottom of the gyprock is missing for most of the length of it.

Down lights on kitchen bench only turn on for a short period of time then turn themselves off. They are switched per power point in picture. I don’t know where the transformer is. There is also a faulty power point that needs replacing as switch doesn’t click as usual when turning on and off.
