Repair a 35cm ceiling plasterboard hole. Need timber backing + plasterboard patch + setting compound finish.

Looking for someone today or tomorrow (This weekend) who can securely fix an awning that has come loose due to strong wind. You must have your own power tools, nails/screws, ladder, and any other equipment needed to reinforce or reattach the awning safely. Details: Awning has pulled loose and needs to be re-secured Job should be quick for someone experienced Prefer someone who can come ASAP

The awning is 1.2m wide and 1m deep. The awning comes with bolts to attach the frame to a wall, but I don't think they will work for attaching to brick. I have included a photo of these bolts and the brick wall where I want the awning installed. I'm happy to assist in the installation and I have two ladders suitable for the job. However I don't have a cordless drill that can drill holes in brick and I don't have masonry drill bits that are large enough for the supplied bolts.

I tried to install some blinds in a property I am renting, but the gyprock cracked! I need a gyprocker to put a timber above, to secure the blind bracket screws into and patch the hole

Hi there, I recently had an electrician install additional power points, and to do this they needed to cut a hole in my gyprock wall. They’ve filled the hole, but the finish is quite untidy and hasn’t been painted. I need an awning to be assembled and installed into a brick wall above my solar battery system. The battery system is installed down the side of my house as pictured and I have purchased a basic awning that is 1.5m wide and 1m deep. It needs to be installed as pictured (MARKED IN RED). Approx 2m high from the base metal platform pictured. Will require a basic tools (hammer drill, plugs and strong bolts to secure and a ladder). Awning is new in the box and needs to be unpacked and assembled and will look like as pictured.
