Plaster walkway frame. We cut out a walkway from bedroom to the bathroom through the BIR, installed gyprock & just needs plastering.

Hi, I need to reinstall a plaster cornice above a bathroom window. The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended. Small section only.

5m rendered besser block fence. 1.6m height roughly with two posts on the end. Just need demolish and removal. No need to remove the footing.

Apply a final hand of render to part of a wall (about 5 m2). Render (in bags) will be provided.

Remove automatic awning and dispose of.
