Master Bedroom: Replace a plasterboard that was damaged due to water. Tiled roof fixed, now we need the plasterboard done. Ensuite: Replace / repair whole ceiling plasterboard, glue has gone and weight of the fan has caused sagging, damaging the plaster and paint. Dimensions attached. I'll have a fan vent and the light to be installed in the ensuite, so will need those put in if possible.

I have a knocking water pipe somewhere behind a gyprock wall in my living room. The noise occurs when a toilet is flushed, a tap is used, or the washing machine is running. I would like someone to: * Investigate the source of the noise * Cut a small access hole if required * Secure the pipe if possible * Patch the wall afterwards I understand the exact cause may not be known until the wall is inspected. Please let me know your experience with this type of work and when you are available.

I had a wall knocked down and I require patchwork to be completed. A sparky has since been at the venue to fix up the wires pictured. The wires are now capped and in the wall. Photo below, plastering will need to be done to 2 x walls and left in smooth, clean condition.

The rail would be approximately 4 m long and should match the wood stain of the current rail. If practicable I would like circular thick "dowling" type rail on brackets. It is required so the resident will have support when descending the stairs on the left side so needs to be sturdy.The first photo shows a similar desired final appearance and the second is the current stair setup.

I have a one person infrared timber sauna to be assembled. it is unboxed, 4 wall panels a roof and floor that clip together with latches. no electrical work required. I will assist.
