Scope of work includes: • Assessing and repairing a cosmetic crack in drywall/plaster • Supplying all tools, equipment and materials required for the repair (e.g. filler/compound, tape if required, sanding materials, drop sheets, etc.) • Preparing the surface properly so the repair is smooth and flush with the existing wall • Painting over the repaired area so it blends seamlessly with the surrounding wall I already have the matching paint from the original supplier, which will be provided. Important notes: • This is a cosmetic repair, not structural • Bathroom environment, so experience with moisture-prone areas is important • The finish must be neat, smooth and unnoticeable once painted Requirements: Proven experience with plaster/drywall repairs Own tools and materials Attention to detail with painting and finishing Availability to complete the job in one visit where possible Please include details of your experience and similar jobs you’ve completed.

There is one existing visible weep hole that can be used as a guide for the correct height and spacing. I need someone to: • locate the remaining original weep holes around the house all 4 sides. • carefully grind or chisel the render to expose them. • make sure they are open and clear. This is not structural work just careful render removal around existing weep holes. House is single storey with concrete paths and driveway around the base.

Curtain rail ripped away from the wall in master bedroom and left a roughly 6-6.5cm diameter hole in the plasterboard. 2 smaller/shallower holes in teenage son’s room, one around 3cm diameter and second around 6cm. We are looking for someone to tidily repair these holes as soon as possible, although we will not repaint at this stage.

Plastering of walls and cornices

Looking for an experienced plasterer / handyman to repair and make good a damaged internal plasterboard wall. The wall has multiple holes, chips, and areas where the plasterboard surface has been damaged (see photos). Some holes are up to ~40–50mm wide, and there are a few larger broken sections near the door jamb that will need proper patching. Scope of works: Cut out and patch damaged plasterboard where required Re-sheet small sections if needed Set, tape, and skim coat Sand smooth Leave wall ready for painting (painting not required) Must be flush and smooth finish

Need two light witches and fan switches redone into a wall. Two power points installed and two removed. Would be an hours work tops and items supplied.
