Exterior entrance brick wall requires prep work and final rendering work (either concrete or a flexible mix or Dunlop Acrylic Render Mix) to approx 20 sqm to provide a smooth clean finish ready for painting. The wall has some cracking in old acrylic render due to age, previous render survived 28 years. This work requires a n experienced trades renderer who can clean back walls, fill cracks, apply rendering to a clean smooth finish.
