Awning repair - motor possibly unresponsive

I have materials. I need the installation of furring channel and plasterboards (some will go directly onto existing ceiling, may require some packing) and prep work for painting. About 70sqm approximately

I have a Somfy outdoor motorised awning with an Altus 60 RTS motor. It has not been responding to the remote control. I tried switching the power on and off, but the motor did not “jog” in and out as it typically would. I have also replaced the remote batteries, but the issue persists. Could you please assist me with a solution?

Fix a hole in a plasterboard wall made to replace bathroom fitting

Looking for a qualified carpenter with all the tools required to remove old balustrades and supply and install new outdoor deck balustrades (handrail, lower rail and balusters) with following dimensions. Handrail lengths: - 1x 1.7 m - 1x 1.71 m - 1x 1.48 m - 1x 1.36 m Baluster dimension: 82 cm x 6.2 cm x 2 cm 2 existing posts need to be cut and/or sanded down to be level with the top of the handrails. The handrails need to be level and top of the handrail should be flat as we are installing aluminium shutters directly on top of the handrails. No painting is required for this job, but the baluster cut ends including nail heads should be primed / sealed to avoid the balusters and lower rails from rotting. Job required to be done to a professional finish.

Hoping to find someone with experience in plastering to apply plaster to a section of wall in my kitchen. The area is about 1.7m2 and also has a section that needs to be filled in with mortar.

Level Handrails (1 end of hand rail is 2cm lower than the other end). Repair or replace damage balustrades (Some pine balustrades are broken. Others are rotting at the bottom where they contact the bottom rail probably because the ends were not primed properly). Cut off top of balustrade posts to indicated mark. Baluster Handrail Lengths: - 2x 3.6m length - 2x 2.96m length No painting required.

Looking for someone who can dismantle a few walls. Leaving all the posts in place though (and not cut through any electrics). Remove bathtub, tiles, shower panel, and pasterboard. Behind the plasterboard is very original VJ wall (hardwood). Approx 3.6m width in the bathroom (height - Queenslander ceiling height). In the hallway remove the plasterboard, again leaving the posts. Not sure if hardwood behind that wall but if it is remove it there. We can take all the rubbish to the dump - just needs to be placed in the garage.
