3 mirror sliding doors, 230 cm high 3. Inside (behind the doors): • 230 cm: wardrobe with 4 sections ◦ Bottom: 16 drawers (4 in each section) ◦ Top: hanging rail in each section • 50 cm: leave empty, I'll use it later

Outside wash and sand egg stain on middle of the top section of the 2 story house and paint, wash portico and sofit and eves, stain front door. Inside paint stair stringers and patch up and paint balustrade

I have a leak in my garage under a deck. Deck was completely retiled and waterproofed only a few years ago and evidence is that there is either a blockage or the actual pipe in the drain is leaking. I will cut out a section of plaster where the leak is to take a look and repair it - but I need someone to replace the plaster board after, do a full prep to patch it in good as new. We have a finger wall which is needs to be built up to comply with wa pool fence standards. The current wall is 1135mm and we need to raise it to ~1225mm. The finger wall is ~300mm by 195mm. Quite small. We would then need to add a light render to it. So the requirements are to build the wall up about 90mm and render. The job is available to do at anytime from 7am to 7pm. We have plenty of used masonry bricks that can be used but you'll need to cut them to size.

Must have previous experience with TV installations, particularly mounting onto plasterboard and locating studs correctly. You will need to: Supply your own tools, including a stud finder. Purchase a suitable TV wall-mount bracket from Bunnings before arriving. Securely install the bracket and mount the TV, ensuring everything is level and safe. Leave a clean, professional finish. Patch up two holes which were power outlets and paint wall to colour match rest of wall. Wall was previously painted after a tv was de-mounted but paint wasn't colour matched and the real estate agent isn't satisfied. Keys will need to be picked up from real estate agent in Abbotsford and returned to them after job is done.
