To replace or repair part of a plaster wall that is damaged

Multiple PowerPoints do not have an earthing conductor as per recent electrical safety check and need to be connected back to the switchboard to provide a fault path in fault scenarios This includes: 2 x PowerPoints in the front living room. 3 x PowerPoints in back laundry / wet area. 1 x PowerPoint and light in the garage. Plaster a small chimney area, currently a electric heater there - which has been taken out. Plaster the whole area, so I can paint it white and match it with the wall paint. See the picture attached :) need it done tomorrow!

We need a light switch moved either upwards or to the left to avoid a new cabinet. We would also like a new double power socket installed.
