The render has chipped off and there may be minor damage to the brick underneath (see photos). The damage is limited to one small area above the garage. fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

Hi there, I recently had an electrician install additional power points, and to do this they needed to cut a hole in my gyprock wall. They’ve filled the hole, but the finish is quite untidy and hasn’t been painted. I’m looking for someone experienced with gyprock patching, sanding and painting to: • Sand and smooth the repaired section of the wall • Repaint the area with the paint I’ll provide • Do any additional touch-ups needed to make the wall look neat and seamless again. 🧰 Important details: • I already have the matching paint. • I don’t have any tools, so you’ll need to bring your own (e.g. sanding tools, brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.). • Wall is standard interior gyprock in a residential home. • Access and parking are easy.
