I've already scraped back all loose material to a firm edge and confirmed the plasterboard sheet underneath is in solid condition — no moisture damage, no structural issues. The delaminated material is 1.1–1.3mm thick, consistent with the original finishing skim. Need someone to re-skim the exposed area with appropriate setting compound, feathered out to blend invisibly with the surrounding ceiling.
