fix 3 spots where the ceiling cornices are damaged. One has been smashed, this is the photo where it has been taped over in white. The other two are existing cuts were previous built in wardrobes were taken out and replaced with new ones. Render one air vent that has been bricked in. White set tender finish this. Then render in gabs in brickwork in small hallway. It can still look like brick/textured but needs to be flat to make it easier to paint.

- Install a 2m x 1m awning on a brick wall over a solar battery. There is 30mm wide cable trunking running up the wall from the battery, so each of the awning brackets will need to be installed on 35mm batons. I have bought longer dynabolts to allow for the batons (100mm instead of the 70mm bolts supplied with the awning). - Install a hose reel wall mount on brick wall. Dynabolts will be supplied. - Hang a 550mm wide framed circular mirror on a plasterboard wall. Fixings will be supplied.

They’ve filled the hole, but the finish is quite untidy and hasn’t been painted.
