Scope of Work: Full interior painting across 9 distinct areas: 2 x Bedrooms 1 x Living Room 1 x Dining Room 1 x Kitchen 1 x Laundry 1 x Small Office 1 x Corridor 1 x Staircase 1 x Double Garage 5 x doors Skirting Wall & Surface Condition: ~50% New Walls: Freshly installed unpainted Gyprock (will require a proper sealer/undercoat first). ~50% Existing Paint: Previously painted walls in good structural condition but needing standard prep and topcoats. What You Must Supply: Paint & Consumables: All premium interior paint (low-VOC preferred), undercoats, sealers, and primers. Tools & Equipment: Drop sheets, painter's tape, rollers, brushes, and necessary ladders/staircase scaffolding. Inclusions Required in Quote: Minor surface preparation (light sanding, filling small nail holes if any). Painting of all walls and ceilings. Standard 2-3 coats as required for a flawless finish.
