Looking for an experienced gyprock plasterer to finish a small wall repair. I’ve installed the gyprock sheets myself and have already applied a rough first/base coat, but I’d like someone with plastering experience to come and make it look professional. Scope of work: * Sand/prep the existing first coat as required * Apply any additional base coat where needed * Apply finishing/top coat * Finish around two manholes: * One ceiling manhole * One wall manhole * Internal corner and a few joints to finish Area: * Less than 4 m² of gyprock plastering in total Important: * The existing first coat is already on the wall and will require sanding/preparation before finishing * No final sanding required after the finishing coat is applied (I’ll do that myself) * All gyprock will be installed before you arrive *we can supply bottom coat and top coat * Photos attached showing current condition Looking for someone available tomorrow or Sunday. Please include your plastering experience and any photos of similar work if available.

Fix Gyprock wall, patch and paint

Install a power point on the outside of a double brick wall of 1 storey house. Need a licensed electrician. better speak mandarin. No power point on the direct opposite side (inside) of the wall but has one around 1 m away (see photo).

Make the household rent-ready and the studio functional as soon as possible. Scope includes, primarily, replacing the dimmer light switch in the upstairs middle room to a normal light switch. Secondarily, re-installing light switches in the studio and wall power points. This job is focused on urgent, simple works only.
