Current status: • All gyprock sheets are installed • Left wall is complete (base coat + top coat applied, sanded, paint-ready) • Parts of the ceiling have base coat applied and need sanding and top coat • Remaining ceiling areas and the right wall require gaps filled, base coat, top coat, and sanding Scope of work (to be fully completed by you): • Fill all joints, gaps and screw holes • Sand and apply top coat to all areas where base coat has already been applied • Apply base coat and top coat to all unfinished areas • Sand all surfaces so the entire garage is smooth and ready for painting • Leave no plastering work incomplete Time estimate: Approximately 6–8 hours of labour, possibly more — happy to discuss. They’ve filled the hole, but the finish is quite untidy and hasn’t been painted. I’m looking for someone experienced with gyprock patching, sanding and painting to: • Sand and smooth the repaired section of the wall • Repaint the area with the paint I’ll provide • Do any additional touch-ups needed to make the wall look neat and seamless again. 🧰 Important details: • I already have the matching paint. • I don’t have any tools, so you’ll need to bring your own (e.g. sanding tools, brushes, rollers, drop sheets, etc.). • Wall is standard interior gyprock in a residential home. • Access and parking are easy.
