I need a hole in the drywall to be repaired/patched up, approx 30cm x 30cm - see picture provided No tools, paint or other materials will be provided. Need to be completed as soon as possible - Due date: by Monday, 19 October 2026

Looking for a licensed electrician to complete two small electrical jobs at my property:  Job 1: Apartment Power Point Installation Install 1 double GPO with switches inside the apartment.  Wall location is already prepared/cutout with accessible wiring (see photos).  Job 2: Garage Power Point Extension In the tandem garage, extend/add to the existing surface-mounted power point so there are 2 double GPOs in total.  Garage surface is concrete block/brick with surface-mounted conduit in place (see photos).  Requirements: Must be a licensed electrician (please provide your licence number in your offer/comments). Supply materials: Please supply and bring the required double GPOs with switches, conduit, and wiring needed for the job. Please issue a Certificate of Compliance for Electrical Work (CCEW) upon completion. Preferably to be done on Thursday to Sunday anytime.

Basement walls need repairs and preparation before painting. There are several holes/damaged sections of gyprock that need to be cut out and repaired/replaced with new plasterboard where required. There are also areas on the existing walls with old material, uneven sections and loose/protruding material that needs to be removed/scraped back and the surfaces patched/smoothed. The goal is to have all affected walls repaired, smooth and ready for primer and painting. Looking for someone experienced with gyprock/plaster repairs who can inspect the basement, advise what is required and complete the work. Please include labour and required repair materials in your offer. Located in Punchbowl. Looking to have this completed, preferably within the next 2–3 days.

Plaster has been water damaged in front entrance (ceiling and wall and front door surrounds). The plaster wall, ceiling panel and cornice need to be replaced. Opposite wall needs holes patched where pictures have been hung (this plaster doesn’t need replacing)

I want these two spaces covered with Gyprock I will paint flash as possible

The RCD labelled “Protected Power” (C20, 30mA) trips the instant I switch it on, so all power points are dead. Lighting circuit is fine. Cause is known: insecticide spray went into one power point and the tripping started immediately after. The RCD has been off since and I haven’t touched the outlet. What I need: the affected outlet inspected and replaced, and the circuit tested.

Looking for a Gyprocker to rectify cut out as per picture can be made into door or just sealed and patched and sanded as well pergola ceiling has been patched but needs Sanding ready for painting and any other minor patching on ceiling as per pic

Mount folding table to drywall I need someone to securely attach a folding table/unit to a drywall wall. The table is already assembled and has a base that sits on the floor, so the wall screws will not be carrying the weight of the table. They are mainly there to secure the top of the unit to the wall and prevent it from tipping forward. There are 4 pre-drilled screw holes along the top rear section of the table. The main complication is the skirting board at the bottom of the wall. Because of the skirting, the back of the table cannot sit flush against the drywall. I have therefore bought two boards/spacers the same thickness as the skirting board to sit behind the table and fill the gap. The job would involve: - Positioning the two spacer boards behind the table - Drilling through the existing 4 mounting holes, through the spacer board and into the drywall - Using suitable drywall anchors/fixings to securely hold the unit against the wall - Making sure everything is straight, secure and neatly installed Please see the attached photos, which should make the setup much clearer. Please bring the appropriate screws, drywall anchors/fixings and tools required for the job.
