Install 7 wrought iron balustrades into a metal rail. Rail needs to be raised. One of the metail rail is damaged and may need replacing. The rail also goes into brickwork on one side and will need to be puttied up as it has crumbled in my attempt to do this job myself. Some of the nail/pins that hold the balustrade in place have broken in them and will need to be removed, probably by drilling them out. - Due date: Flexible

Rendering the walls of a small area of the bathroom where a bath was removed and where a walk in shower will be installed. The area is just under 4 square metres.
