We have noticed a gap between the guttering and the Eaves on both sides which a cat has gone into. We are worried about other animals going in, the cat urinating up there and possible water from rain into ceiling. Can you please see the pictures attached and let us know if this gap is normal? A few concrete tiles need replacing in my single story home. Not entirely sure how many are cracked as have had tradespeople recently on the roof that have informed us some are cracked. I have five spare tiles but may require more as spare in the villa style and in the colour slate grey. I can arrange to get the spare tiles but may need those painted if required to have spare tiles in the future.

We want end to end work done: • Install backing support (if needed as per code) • Fill the patch • Tape the joints (if needed as per code) • Apply paper or mesh joint tape over the seams between the patch and existing wall. • Apply joint compound/plaster • Sand smooth • Prime the repair - Apply primer to seal the new plaster and ensure paint finishes evenly. • Paint - Paint the repaired area (2 coats).
