I’m after a good high pressure wash of the ceramic roof tiles on our property alongside repainting of the tiles in the original red colour for a brand new look.

Painting Roof + Front Decking, Seddon Two small painting jobs at a single-storey house in Seddon. Paint and masking tape supplied. - Front timber decking. Approx 15 sqm. Currently repaired with bunnings paint colour matched. - Front section of roof only (circled green in photo). Approx 15 sqm, single-storey, accessible from ladder. Looking to get both done together.

Disconnect all connections (water or otherwise) from the solar panels. Block-off and remove all water connections remaining on the roof and replace roof tiles with spare ones (supplied). Safely put the solar panels on the ground. Remove all mounting brackets / hardware from the roof. Panel dimensions are 2,200mm tall and 1,100mm wide. There are 2 panels.

I need the roof re- pointing to be done only at certain spots that have gaps at the junctions. Just couldn’t do it myself due to recent knee injury. I have all the equipment available, roof access ladder, repointing knives and SELLEYS POINT WORKS as well. This could be a quick one hour job.
