It looks like someone has already broken a tile as you can see in one of the photos and silicon it and I think it’s still leaking from there. You’ll have to get roofer to re-order the whole roof. There is roof tiles that have moved and exposing the roof to water and weather. That’s what I heard back from the handyman, however I don’t think whole roof needs to be reordered. Would need someone to get out there for a quote. It’s in Seabrook, next to point cook

I am restoring this roof for customer, I need to have a rafter replaced as it has split causing surrounding batterns and tiles to be lifted and not locked in properly to the roof. I had a pretty quick good look, only looked like the 1 rafter that needs replacing probably rougly 2/3 meters to be safe. I will be there to re install batterns and tiles back onto roof just need someone qualified and knows what there doing to take off existing rafter and replace with new.

There is a water leak on the top of our roof which is going down the gutters. Possibly coming from a pipe off our solar hot water. Need fixed.

The front end of my gutter sags and fills with water when it rains. The rain water has no where to run so the weight causes the gutter to sag. Needs to be propped up so it no longer sags Gutters are in good condition overall

Accidentally made a small hole in the roof at my rental property and i’m hoping to get it plastered and painted as soon as I can. I don’t have paint but would be happy to pay you extra to be able to get it. The small is quite minor but i’m no professional so i’m hoping to find someone who is! Located in Seddon, Melbourne. Garage Gutter is leaking from a few places, it needs repairing or replacing whatever is easiest and cheapest. Flow of the gutter is also a problem. Some roof panels that I changed myself are causing leaks too over all these issues to be fully rectified.

Husky can escape anything! I’ve tried laying concrete, steel spikes, doesn’t matter - she digs out. Need someone to come dog proof the side gate from digging. Will pay for supplies within reason plus offer.
