Need a licensed roof plumber. Problem: Corner of our living room ceiling has small water stain for the past few weeks. Scope: investigate and repair any leakage on the roof that may be causing the water damage.

Disconnect and Remove 12 solar roof panels on Thursday 3rd Sep and replace and reconnect them on Tuesday, 8th Sep. Single storey house.

After removal of wall mounted gas heated there is a hole in the wall and roof, we need that fixed. We want end to end work done: • Install backing support (if needed as per code) • Fill the patch • Tape the joints (if needed as per code) • Apply paper or mesh joint tape over the seams between the patch and existing wall. • Apply joint compound/plaster • Sand smooth • Prime the repair - Apply primer to seal the new plaster and ensure paint finishes evenly. • Paint - Paint the repaired area (2 coats).
