This one is a bit random - we have some birds nesting in the gutter / drain pipe - and we need someone to get an extension ladder and climb on roof and have a look / relocate nest / birds

The guttering has come loose and bowing in middle with water pooling, needs 5-6 new fixings to ensure a 1-2% runoff to main pipe from right hand sude to left hand (photo attached). Also the 2 x side panels needs to be secured as a little loose. While up there, touch spray ends of gutters. On lower level needs to be re fixed as it leans too much/pools at far left hand side. Please bring own ladders, screws and drill. I have the spraycan.

See corner insert that rotted away because of leak from roof. Now leak is repaired. So need area cleaned up, then replaced with new timber (will be supplied). Can be glued or otherwise held together. (One part of the material may be asbestos material so best to be gentle). It's about 4 meters high, so need ladder

**Carpenter / handyman needed to puppy-proof backyard & pool area** Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to help puppy-proof our backyard for a small puppy. Work includes: * Seal gaps underneath timber decking and stairs so puppy cannot get underneath * Attach neat black mesh/gauze or similar temporary barrier along the bottom of the existing pool fence to close puppy-sized gaps (without compromising pool fence safety/compliance) * Install a new spring-loaded/self-closing lock/latch on side gate * Check side fencing and gates for any other puppy-sized gaps and seal as required * Suggest practical/neat solutions where needed Would like the finished result to be **secure but as neat and unobtrusive as possible**, particularly around the pool fencing. The roof on my garage has concrete roof tiles. One of them has slipped down and is now pushing against the gutter. (See photo) I need someone to come and fix the tiles back up into position
