Surface Preparation & Screeding • Substrate Prep: Clean and prime the concrete slab to ensure maximum adhesion. • Screed Installation: Supply and install a sand and cement screed bed to the entire floor area • Grading/Falls: Screed must be expertly graded to ensure a consistent fall toward the floor waste and shower waste (minimum 1:60 fall in shower and 1:100 in the general floor area). • Curing: Allow sufficient drying time for the screed before the application of waterproofing membranes. 2. Waterproofing (AS 3740) • Supply and install a certified waterproofing system. Waterproofing to be done x2 - UNDER and OVER screed. • Application: Full floor area (over the new screed and into puddle flanges), shower recesses (to 1.8m), and all wall/floor junctions. • Bond Breakers: Install bond breakers/silicone to all internal corners and transitions. • Compliance: Tiler to provide a Waterproofing Certificate / Form 16 upon completion. 3. Tiling Installation • Floor Tiling: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the floor. • Shower Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to two (2) shower walls to a height of 1.8m. • Main Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the remaining bathroom perimeter to a height of 1.2m. • Layout: All tiles to be laid with consistent grout lines (size to be confirmed by Owner). 4. Grouting & Finishing • Grout: Apply grout to all joints (color to be confirmed by Owner). • Silicone: Apply high-quality, mold-resistant silicone to all internal corners, junctions, and base of shower. • Trims: Supply and install aluminum or brass edge trims to all exposed tile edges and doorways. 5. Material Responsibilities by Tiler except Tiles

I am looking for a licensed Air Conditioning Technician to service my Samsung ducted system and address a condensation issue in the roof. The Issue: Condensation is forming in the roof space onto the plasterboard, causing paint flaking in the room below. Scope of Work: 1. Full System Service: Clean filters, check refrigerant levels, and check the condensate drain line 2. Leak Fix: Identify if the moisture is a pipe leak or "sweating." 3. Insulation: If required: Re-insulate/wrap the affected copper pipes with closed-cell foam to stop further condensation. Note: The work requires entry into the roof cavity. Please bring your own ladder and insulation materials. (I will handle the internal plasterboard/painting myself once the leak is fixed).

I need 10 to 12 metres of gutter reattaching to the clips (which are intact) at about 3 to 4 metres above ground … I’d do it myself but I’ve got vertigo right now so can’t go up ladders. 🤣

Looking for assistance to remove a chimney, patch with tiles (we have existing roof tiles) and then patch the internal ceiling. First photo shows the roof/chimney and second photo shows what it looks like inside. Single story residence, access to the roof would be approx 2.5m. Three ridge caps have come loose from my tiled roof (one is broken). I need someone experienced with roofing to: • Refit or replace the missing ridge caps (supply and match tiles if possible) • Reseal and mortar them securely • Check surrounding ridge tiles for any looseness and reseal if needed to ensure the area is watertight The roof is the typical red terracotta/concrete tile style. Access is straightforward—single-storey home.
