Hi roof sagged and need lining replacement

We get this annoying leak around our sunroof in the ceiling, specifically when it’s raining hard or with lots of rain and wind. We would need you to investigate and remedy. I suspect it’s some well placed sealant.

In 2009 the previous owner painted our sand stone wall with waterproof paint. We need the paint removed so that we can expose the original sand stone wall. The sand stone wall is next to the pool so would like to avoid the debris ending up in the pool, so I suggest that a gurney will not be suitable. The wall is 1.7m H and 6.0m W. Thank you

I’m looking for a roofer to replace some panels in our existing longline roof on Wednesday and fix up the gutter and downpipe for them. We’ve extended the existing decked area, which means about 3m2 of extra roof is needed. I have all the lysaght longline panels, specialty longline crimping tools, gutter, capping, down pipes and brackets - I just need someone with roofing experience and standard metal roofing tools to help out this Wednesday.
