The roof on my garage has concrete roof tiles. One of them has slipped down and is now pushing against the gutter. (See photo) I need someone to come and fix the tiles back up into position

I need an old aerial removed from my tin roof, it sits on a piece of timber that has rotted. I need the piece of timber replaced so I can then mount my starlink dish on there. I can dispose of the aerial myself. The piece of timber required is about 30cm by 30cm. The starlink dish will need to be put in place as well.
