Most of the rest of the ground floor is already insulated however would consider additionally at looking at doing the rest depending on cost (approx 8x8m). Clean all the gutters and blow around the house. We have gutter guards with bristles in the gutters. Each gutter guard needs to be removed, the gutter cleaned by hand and using a good blower, the gutter guard itself needs to be cleaned by hand and using blower and then put back into the gutter as it was. This needs to be done for all the gutters in the house. We have trees over the house and the recent storm would have deposited leaves on the roof. After this, the leaves, twigs and branches need to be blown around the house, collected and put in the green bin. Please bring your own tools like ladder, a good blower etc I have attached an aerial picture of the roof so you can get an idea The whole roof is on the same level and easy to access with a ladder. The roof is not steep and easy to walk on

6 mtrs supply and install gutter guard to match existing (see pics). Gutter is on Level 2 of 2 storey house. There is access onto L1 roof by front door.

We need the underfloor insulation installed. Access is through a space in the picture. Joist centres are variable so the Insulation batts will need trimming before you go under the house. the area is about 120 sqm. Batts installed with strap and stapler at 250mm centres. i have all insulation being delivered and strap material, this is just for the instalation. batts are Earthwool R2.5 90mm x 420mm x 1160mm Insulation FloorShield.

Sarking under terracotta tiles is ripped and damaged in places. Needs fixing. Plus insulation in attic area needs a general tidy up. Pictures available
