Gutter clean for a 2-storey terrace that has gutters on the front (4.7m wide), one side (6.5m) and back (3.5m). In the pics it’s not the corner house but the one next to it. You will need a ladder to access roof through the back or side (single storey).

Have two rooms each with two coax (nbn and regular antenna). Hoping for help identifying antennas in ceiling and just connecting those. Roof has a maze of splitters.

Vine removal from roof required (front and rear of property). Also, to clean two nearby gutters while there. Property is a terrace in Edgecliff. There is a balcony below each gutter, which might help to access the roof where vines are located too (see images). Attached images: one of the rear, two of the front from different angles.

Just need someone to finish off this sanding that was half done. It’s nearly there just need the final finish to be done. Only 1 big join and a couple on the back. Can supply electric handheld sander. Honestly an hours work probably not even.
