Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet. This is an aged care renovation in Glen Waverley were we have built a plant room and bin area extension which needs a metal roof and some new 115mm quad guttering on 40mm metal battens, R1.3 insulation, Colorbond .048 BMT metrospan, with cappings and flashings to suit. Also a couple of downpipes to ground level. This task is to pay a roofer to come to site to do a proper measure and quote, we are expecting quotes to come in at approx $3K for the job.

It is currently flatpacked.. it is 2.4metres tall and 3x3m. Comes with instructions and all the hardware. Needs to be then anchored to the concrete slab.
