Ducted gas heater is only pushing heat to one room. Found the problem - a flexible duct has completely separated from the duct connection point in the roof cavity. Heated air is escaping into the roof instead of reaching the vents. Need someone to get up into the roof cavity and: Reconnect the separated flexible duct to the collar Seal properly with mastic or foil tape Re-wrap and secure the insulation Reattach duct support ties/straps to the roof timbers where they've broken Check other connections while up there Roof cavity access.
