We have a fallen piece of cladding which needs to be fixed on side of roof but urgently need to block off the hole to my roof to prevent water getting into roof or ceiling. Cladding is up high above first floor so may be easier to block off hole from within roof space. Manhole is quite small.

Install Kings Rooftop Tent onto Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 I need someone experienced with rooftop tent and Rhino-Rack installations to correctly mount my Kings rooftop tent onto my Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 platform. The issue: The Kings tent has two long aluminium mounting rails underneath it and came with M8 mounting hardware. The problem is that the Kings mounting brackets supplied with the tent are too short/narrow to properly go underneath the Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 slats. The tent rails themselves can sit on top of the Pioneer, but I need the correct hardware/bracket solution to securely connect them. I’ve already tried a few different channel nut solutions, but they haven’t worked. What I need: * Inspect the tent, existing Kings mounting rails and Pioneer 6 platform. * Work out the correct way to securely mount the tent to the Pioneer 6. * Ideally retain the existing Kings mounting rails. * Use M8 hardware. * Ensure the mounting is properly secured and suitable for normal road use. * Supply/install any additional brackets or hardware required (happy to pay separately for parts). * No drilling/modification without discussing it with me first. I already have the tent and Rhino-Rack installed on the vehicle. Important: I’m looking for someone who has experience with rooftop tents/Rhino-Rack systems and can determine the correct mounting solution, rather than simply improvising with bolts. I have a rainwater downpipe on my apartment building that has become very noisy during rain. Previously the pipe appears to have had a slight bend/kink that helped slow the water flow, but it is now essentially vertical. Water drops directly onto the bottom of the downpipe, creating a loud dripping/banging noise that is keeping everyone awake at night. The downpipe is functioning and draining water, but the issue is the noise generated during rainfall. Looking for a practical, durable solution rather than a temporary fix. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to: Inspect the downpipe and identify the cause of the excessive noise. Recommend and implement a suitable fix. Potential solutions may include installing a bend/offset, diffuser, splash reduction device, cushioning material, or other method to reduce the noise of water striking the base of the pipe. It's a 2 storey building with easy access to the roof. I need to: 1. Remove old antenna 2. Remove failed pool solar heating (no need to dispose, just dump on the west side of the house. 3. Some of the pointing is showing cracks and signs of deterioration. The areas where it's damaged need to be cleaned and re-pointed.

Must be a licensed plumber Task 1. I'm currently building a pool and need down pipe connected to an existing storm water pipe before they start concreting the pool after which I will lose access. I tried to show the location on the survey attached. It's very rougly ~11m. Some excavation will be required to bury the storm water connection. Task 2. I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own. Weekend only (ideally July 18 or july 19). Ideally 1 person with experience in roofing who will help my husband to do the job.
