The ceiling is solid concrete, so this will require proper drilling and installation of heavy-duty anchor points suitable for dynamic load (not just decorative use). I’m after someone who has experience with: • Installing ceiling anchors / rigging points • Working with concrete ceilings • Understanding weight load and safety requirements for aerial equipment What I need: • Installation of a strong, safe ceiling anchor (e.g. eye bolt or rigging plate) • Advice on the best hardware if I don’t already have the correct equipment • Ensuring it is safely installed and weight-rated for aerial use This will be used for aerial hoop, so safety is very important. Gutter clean for a 2-storey terrace that has gutters on the front (4.7m wide), one side (6.5m) and back (3.5m). In the pics it’s not the corner house but the one next to it. You will need a ladder to access roof through the back or side (single storey).

Vine removal from roof required (front and rear of property). Also, to clean two nearby gutters while there. Property is a terrace in Edgecliff. There is a balcony below each gutter, which might help to access the roof where vines are located too (see images). Attached images: one of the rear, two of the front from different angles.
