The property is a two-storey unit within a block of terrace-style homes. Gutters require cleaning, as grass growth is visible from both the street frontage and the rear of the property. The unit is approximately 7 metres wide. The roof is Colourbond. There are four solar panels installed on the roof, as advised by the owner. The allocated budget is $200, on behalf of the owner. Our house is two storeys, and we’ve discovered water damage on the downstairs ceiling. It appears that there may be a leak in the corresponding area of the roof, and the affected section likely needs to be repaired. It’s likely around the area indicated by the red arrow on the roof (see photo).

Gutter and roof clean for one story 3 bed house in Strathmore. Lots of leaf litter from next doors gum tree. A blower will be needed or can be provided to blow leaves or sticks off the roof in addition to the gutter clean. The gutter does have gutter guard so will need to work around that and let me know the lay of the land up there. Yesterday’s rain caused the gutters to overflow and leak into the ceiling so looking for someone to also tell me if there may be a cracked tile. Hi there, I’ve got three downpipes with weeds growing out of the top of the gutters. This seems to be caused by an almost 90-degree bend at the top of each downpipe where it turns back toward the wall and traps debris. I’d also like all the gutters and the rest of the downpipes to be fully flushed out. Craigieburn 3064 Double storey house.

I'm looking for a friendly and reliable person to help clean the gutters on my split-level house (colourbond roof). The property is half single-story and half double-storey (most of the double storey section can be accessed via a deck making access like a single storey, only one small section that is truly double storey that may be able to be cleaned via the single storey area). The gutters currently have some mud and compacted debris that needs to be cleared out. I have a green bin available, so all the debris can go straight in there—nice and easy! It would be great if you have your own equipment, especially for reaching the double-storey section.
