Need an experienced roof plumber / leak repair tradie for a persistent stormwater leak. INSPECTION ONLY. I have water damage to the downstairs living room ceiling, but the leak only happens during heavy rain. I cannot reproduce it with a normal hose test. The suspected source is the parapet wall / rainhead / concealed downpipe area above the living room. Works already done: - installed flashings and water diversion - installed overflow - fixed one concealed downpipe join - cleared bird nests from rainhead Leak still persists in heavy downpour.
