Hi, I have a 5 bedroom single storey house. I wanted the gutters cleaned. I live in craigieburn. Some more details: Roof is made up of tiles. I have trees on thee sides of the house but one side has trees a bit further away. I have solar panels too. I have a pergola and an enclosed alfresco. I think they were last cleaned 3 years ago when we bought the house.

Run an Ethernet cable between inside of roof crawl space and the doorbell. Drilling may be required but there is an existing hole for a doorbell that was removed before I moved in. It is to go through brick veneer, roof crawl space is easy to navigate and manoeuvre inside of. I will provide a 30m Ethernet cable but slack should remain inside crawl space.

I currently live in a double-story house where the external wall of the second story is made of weatherboard. The property is located on a main road. I want to replace the weatherboard with some heavy-duty soundproof cladding to reduce the road noise. I have already installed double-glazed windows in some of the rooms. Had a CCTV camera installed on second story eave and since then I can hear what sounds like a loose roof tile banging in the wind. Installer refuses to acknowledge he is to blame even though he did move roof tiles during the installation. Need someone with roof experience and a big ladder to have a look and see if they can find the issue is. Might be a loose tile or sarking caused by the installer.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. Our property has a water leak, plaster was removed from the affected ceiling area downstairs to allow inspection for any signs of any water leaks. The toilet was then flushed and left running for over 20 minutes; during this time, no leaks or signs of moisture were detected. However, testing the shower water was observed escaping from the shower enclosure. It appears that water is penetrating beneath the tiled surface and travelling through the toilet penetration, which is contributing to the leak. We need someone to come to reseal the shower screen and surrounds to prevent further leaks. Preference is if someone can also plaster and paint the holes downstairs too I don't really know the pricing, please do not be offended, and provide your best reasonable quote. we just want to ensure that this issue is fixed once and for all

Hello I need two bathrooms waterproofed and prepared for tilling. I have already installed AquaCheck plaster boards. Remaining boards will be installed before waterproofing occurs.

Roof tile needs fixing or replacing. Two storey town house, Pascoe Vale. I don't have any spare tiles. Looking for someone who can provide proof of qualifications / certifications also in case needed for insurance purposes.

Very easy and quick job for good $$$ Install 3-4 polycarbonate sheets. All materials are supplied and ready. All old sheets have been removed. I started this job however pinched a nerve in the back and can’t complete. Job must be completed tomorrow and previous roof experience required. Roof height is low enough for ladder installation and then the last sheet will require roof walking.

Plumber has repaired a broken pipe in shower wall. A small area of tile was removed and now needs replacing. Job includes plastering, waterproofing and re tiling. Similar tile can be supplied but would need to be cut to size. Otherwise, a white tile that is the same shape and similar texture is fine (to be supplied by tasker).

The air flow from vents has become very subtle. The guy from Mitsubishi said the ductwork in roof may have blown open somewhere. Need ducts checked and repaired.
