Roof has some broken roof tiles in an area (6 to 10 broken) that need replacing - see examples in pictures. Tiles are terracotta. I have a few spare but not sure if it will be enough for the job. You may need to supply some tiles for the job. Broken tiles have been temporarily repaired with silicone to keep out water.

Hi there, I’ve got three downpipes with weeds growing out of the top of the gutters. This seems to be caused by an almost 90-degree bend at the top of each downpipe where it turns back toward the wall and traps debris.
