tiled roof on two levels. in preparation for the winter I need a plan for the roof and eaves. There are some leaks still bothering us specially with heavy rain, which might be due to tiles cracked, some overflowing gutter/ badly designed gutter or too small downpipe. And at every rain despite me regularly clearing the gutters, the eaves get soaked.

Looking for your day rate to provide labour repairing a ceramic tiled roof. I wouldn't mind a lump sum quote however it may just be a process of constantly addressing issues as they come up or as more issues are found we address them on the spot. Materials can be covered by me. Looking for someone who is suitably qualified and/or suitably skilled to perform this work. Someone who knows what they are doing on a roof. You will need to recognise where water may leak in and know how to address it. I also want to ensure we are avoiding someone walking around breaking more tiles and causing more issues.
