We are looking for a gutter guard installer for work in Adelaide and surrounding suburbs. All Aluminium for tile and corro roofs. Ideally, someone who has experience working on roofs, Gutter cleaners, or even a handy man could be suited. Must have own ladders and basic tools. Must present well and be polite to customers with a high level of detail at completion. ABN and should also have WAH cert. If you are well presented, motivated, and keen to learn, training will be given. Looking for someone 1 or 2 days a week ongoing for city and south. Looking for a commercial/industrial painter to quote painting the roof (external corrugated iron) and exterior walls of a warehouse/workshop building in Adelaide CBD, as part of a full refurbishment ahead of reopening as a panel/smash repair shop. Building footprint: approx. 700m² total, main workshop bay roughly 28m x 26m, with a pitched corrugated iron roof on exposed timber trusses/steel purlins (see photos) Roof: corrugated steel sheeting, pitched gable roof, single storey warehouse — eave height roughly 4–5m, apex likely 6–8m (exact height TBC on site inspection). Exterior walls: rendered/painted masonry and cladding sections at street frontage (see design photos) — currently a light tan/beige colour, looking to repaint to a dark charcoal/black finish Scope: full exterior repaint — roof sheeting + walls, excluding windows/glazing and signage areas (signage being handled separately) No site access yet (settlement pending, expected mid-August) — looking for someone to do a scoping visit and provide a written quote once access is arranged, rather than book straight in Will need scissor lift/scaffold access for the roof pitch — please include this in your quote if you don't have your own gear

Need strong capable person with experience in assembly (flatpack or more advanced) to assist with carrying (with trolley) components for flatpack pod to client location with lift and assisting (with training on site) to assemble Pods as per photos. An initial hours work costed here, so accept to discuss details. Target date is Tuesday 4th August. Need 3 people, so will run this 3 times. To clarify: Pods are delivered to site in flatback crates. We unload the crates and carry the panels in the lift ready to assemble. Have a trolley to use for this purpose. No delivery required at all.

During wind gusts roof sheeting sounds to be loose on my townhouse in one section of the roof. I would like this inspected and repaired asap. Roof height is around 9m. So long ladder or elevated platform may be needed.

Need to clean the building's gutters at 33 Angas Street Adelaide. It's a two story building. Access to the roof is via a fixed ladder.
