Place insulation batts in roof space (batts supplied). Description: Insulation batts are on site in bags. Task is to: Open bags Move batts into roof space Lay batts between ceiling joists to cover two areas only, lounge room ceiling space and hallway ceiling space, approx 40m2 total area only. No removal of old insulation required (unless you see something minor that needs shifting). It's a character home, so there may be the usual roof space obstacles (wiring/joists). Please work carefully, don’t block vents and bring gloves, a mask and ideally head torch just in case (as well as ladder). I can be onsite to assist in lifting the bags into the ceiling space. We need up in the ceiling be thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed ready for insulation to be installed by others. Also the internal floors to be vacuumed.

Need 2 very strong men to help out carpenter lift a very heavy 7m beam into the roof so the carpenter can fix into place. 1 hr in total.
