Tiled roof house in Magill. I have already repaired the valley flashing and replaced multiple roof tiles. Most of the leaks have been fixed, however there are still two minor leak points around the eaves during rain. Looking for someone experienced with tiled roof leak detection to inspect the roof, identify the source of the leak and recommend the required repair. Hi there, I’m looking for a licensed and experienced wildlife controller or pest technician to inspect and humanely remove a possum that has been living in my roof cavity (the space between the ceiling and the roof). The possum has been active at night, and recently there have been occasional bursts of very strong odour from one particular area, which could indicate either continued activity or a possible dead animal. I would like a professional to investigate and determine what’s going on. The job will involve: • Inspecting the roof cavity to confirm possum activity or locate any deceased animal; • Taking photos and providing a brief written report (if possible) for insurance purposes; • Humanely removing the possum using a one-way door or other approved method (no harm to the animal); • Advising on and/or completing proofing and sealing of entry points to prevent re-entry; • Optional cleaning, deodorising, or replacement of any contaminated materials if necessary.
