After existing carport pitch is reversed, it will require a new gutter (approx 5.7m) & downpipe (approx 2.8m) after removing capping. Capping to be reinstalled on other side of carport where existing gutter has been removed. Down pipe connection either to soakwell or existing stormwater drainage…carport alteration drawing attached (without gutter details) Also install 900w (approximately) 12mm Danpal multicell polycarbonate sheeting to new steel framed entry portico…drawing attached.

A panel has come loose in the roof in the garage. Potentially water damage. It appears the bracket is loose and needs to be reset.

The shower taps have breeched and need recessing back into the wall, involving the removal of 4-6 tiles (by the plumber). I need the area where the tiles will be removed waterproofed, retiled and regrouted. I can supply similar tiles to existing. The plumber will be there Tuesday 27th. Ideally the tiling can be done Wednesday 28th or Friday 30th. It’s for a unit in Wembley. I can meet you on site. Please only apply if you have tiling and waterproofing experience. 🙏🏻
