I was told there's animals / cats going in my roof and cause staining all over my ceiling. Hence I need someone to help me install wire mesh on the gap. Whilst on the ceiling space, I would also need help with following: - Check my downright lamps if it's insulation safe (find IC-rating on the downlights housings) - Chase the pest away, if still there - Bring down aircon filter to wash/rinse - Figure out a way to close ventilation holes Let me know your quote (lump sum/hourly) and your availability. Thank you

The shower taps have breeched and need recessing back into the wall, involving the removal of 4-6 tiles (by the plumber). I need the area where the tiles will be removed waterproofed, retiled and regrouted. I can supply similar tiles to existing. The plumber will be there Tuesday 27th. Ideally the tiling can be done Wednesday 28th or Friday 30th. It’s for a unit in Wembley. I can meet you on site. Please only apply if you have tiling and waterproofing experience. 🙏🏻
