I need to install a sonos amp and outdoor speakers in our roof space

Clean gutters on a 4 bedroom house. Single storey but back of house is 4m high. Quite a lot of leaf build-up.

Install 1 new metal downpipes and install 1 end cap in gutter

We need complete roof restoration 1) render/repair the chimney and replace the flashing on the chimney, 2) Clean the roof (remove all green fungus), 3) Repoint all the Ridge capping, 4) Inspect and adjust all flashings and tiles carefully (there is water damage in the ceiling), 5) replace any broken tiles and 6) lift tiles from the edge by adding some timber if required.

Hi guys, need a roof plumber or handyman to attend to a gutter section where our previous builder left insulation sticking out and now it wicks the water into the wall when it rains heavy 😫. I expect sheets will need to be lifted to tuck the insulation back in and then a sealing strip being put down under the sheets probably a good idea while you there. Prefer it is done in the next few weeks before rains start.
