I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Our property has a water leak, plaster was removed from the affected ceiling area downstairs to allow inspection for any signs of any water leaks. The toilet was then flushed and left running for over 20 minutes; during this time, no leaks or signs of moisture were detected. However, testing the shower water was observed escaping from the shower enclosure. It appears that water is penetrating beneath the tiled surface and travelling through the toilet penetration, which is contributing to the leak. We need someone to come to reseal the shower screen and surrounds to prevent further leaks. Preference is if someone can also plaster and paint the holes downstairs too I don't really know the pricing, please do not be offended, and provide your best reasonable quote. we just want to ensure that this issue is fixed once and for all
