Hi, I’m in need of a technician to move our current Foxtel satellite from our garage roof to the second story roof facing true north as the neighbours house was built blocking the line of sight. I also need two coaxial wall ports installed for 2 Foxtel boxes in 2 rooms in the house. (Don’t want to run them off the internet) One in the garage and one in the office. I'm looking for a friendly and reliable person to help clean the gutters on my split-level house (colourbond roof). The property is half single-story and half double-storey (most of the double storey section can be accessed via a deck making access like a single storey, only one small section that is truly double storey that may be able to be cleaned via the single storey area). The gutters currently have some mud and compacted debris that needs to be cleared out. I have a green bin available, so all the debris can go straight in there—nice and easy! It would be great if you have your own equipment, especially for reaching the double-storey section. Access to the roof is straightforward, and I'll be here during the job if you need anything or have questions. I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage.
