Need an experienced roof plumber / leak repair tradie for a persistent stormwater leak. INSPECTION ONLY. I have water damage to the downstairs living room ceiling, but the leak only happens during heavy rain. I cannot reproduce it with a normal hose test. The suspected source is the parapet wall / rainhead / concealed downpipe area above the living room. Works already done: - installed flashings and water diversion - installed overflow - fixed one concealed downpipe join - cleared bird nests from rainhead Leak still persists in heavy downpour. Scope of work: - cut open part of the downstairs ceiling below leak area for better access/view - upgrade existing rainhead to a larger compliant size - seal / re-bed / weatherproof parapet capping joints, corners and gaps in affected area Not required now: - plaster repair - painting - electrical works Important: Please leave the ceiling open after the job so I can monitor during the next heavy rain.
