Clean gutters on double story home. There is a gutter on part of the first level and a gutter around the roof of the second level. Second level access via upstairs balconies.

Install underfloor insulation. Roughly 16 rolls to install. Insulation supplied.

Exterior wall is 5m long. Top section is 0.4m. Brand new roof completed recently. Small amount of water still coming inside during the storm from the top of wall inside, so want to fix all holes in the wall, remove wood pieces and waterproof top section of the wall. Previous owners had a pergola (and removed it - see pic) but left the pieces in the wall and the holes and odd brickwork. Happy to discuss best options to fix this top bit of wall.

Shed side approx 3.3 m needs repalcemtn guttering, compost bin side approx 2.3m needs barge flashing . downpipe replacement needed on shed side . other two sides are ok. Can discuss if we or tasker will supply materials. IF we to obtain materials Tasker needs to specify what materials needed

Looking to replace gutter brackets. Length is around 15 or 16 meters , 22brackets in total which two are right angle corners. Across the front and down the side. Must have experience, I expect it’s a two person job

Apply clear penetrating sealer to my concrete roof tiles and do ridge point recapping. It's a terrace and you will need to climb from the front. The tiled area of the roof is only around 5m x 5m, the rest is corrugated iron so doesn't need treatment. I am the terrace on the right, don't need to do anything for the green house. Roof has already been pressure washed as of october 30th please supply the sealer and mention what it is.

Need help installing new roof racks to my Honda Trax (with pre existing side rails) using a K328 kit as an adaption to help it fit.
