The main roof leaks into here we have it solved but need to put in a small drip tray (Where the stained picture is) Hot water heater style) and some reflective insulation and seal up. I’m happy with patching or replace entire sheet. Budget is flexible I just want it done with a clean finish. House with driveway easy access 8ft ceiling height. Will need some discussion on site.

Install installation in attic to create a dust free storage environment. Lights attic ladder and flooring is already in place. It’s just the insulation that needs to be attached to the rafters area.

I need someone to install a set of Yakima roof crossbars on my Ford EcoSport 2018 (flush roof rail type). Please bring your own basic tools (I can take the car if it's around Maroubra or Hurstville).

Gutter clean for a 2-storey terrace that has gutters on the front (4.7m wide), one side (6.5m) and back (3.5m). In the pics it’s not the corner house but the one next to it. You will need a ladder to access roof through the back or side (single storey).

Have two rooms each with two coax (nbn and regular antenna). Hoping for help identifying antennas in ceiling and just connecting those. Roof has a maze of splitters.

I currently have a clear perspex roof which lets sun through. Looking to replace with a similar product that won’t let the sun in
