The frame, beams and footing are otherwise fine, so this is a like-for-like replacement with no structural changes. Please remove the old sheets, post and rafters. A piece of roof flashing has come loose on the top of my 2 story roof and is banging against the rest of the roof in the wind. It just needs to be refixed to the wall but it is high up and hard to access without the proper ladder.

Need a roofer to trim/fix 2–3 dislodged tiles hitting the fascia near the gutter, and inspect the rest of the double-story roof for misaligned tiles. Tile Details: Bristile Classic/Yeoman flat concrete tile (Charcoal/Deep Shadow). No spare tiles provided. Existing tiles need to be trimmed/notched with an angle grinder so they seat completely flush in their channels. Must supply an extension ladder, tools, and safety gear for double-story access.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint one exposed side of my shed’s metal roof (approx. 7m long). I can measure if required. Only the sections you can see in the photos. All paint, ladder, power and water provided. Roof is relatively low and easily accessible by ladder.
