Painter pulled out due to sickness, half done and need it finishes. Eaves and roof gutters, 10 windows and roller door. Have paint.

Water logged on in gutter box on the roof where extension and main house meets. I need to fix this. Also there seem a need for an additional downpipe. The house also need a fix on the slab.

Repair 2 plastic colorbond panels on the garage shed. It requires a ladder and some building experience. Size of the colorbond sheets needed are roughly 3m x 700mm. Photos attached. Access available from the side of the shed.

Roof on a single storey 2 bedroom unit needs some work. Concrete roof tiles. Looking to get these done: (1) clean roof and gutters (including the outside of the evap cooling unit which has lichen). (2) repoint ridge capping. (3) supply and replace broken tiles (2 tiles broken, unsure how many might be chipped, so maybe allow for 10 tiles). Must be qualified and insured (will need to show certificate of currency before performing work). Will consider offers ($500 budget entered is just so the job ad can be posted).

The A-frame section (only the area pictured) of our roof fascia board needs repainting as you can see from the pictures. The green paint is chipping away so would need to be sanded back with a fresh coat of a similar shade (doesn't need to be 100% exact - close enough is fine). I'm happy to provide the paint if that's easier.
