Tiled roof on two levels, despite gutters are clean, eaves get soaked in heavy rain. And when rain is very heavy it also rains inside in two spots. I would like to fix this. BUGDET IS FOR INITIAL SURVEY ONLY

Double Storey House - Will need to clean gutters and flush all downpipes, clear roof and valleys off of leaves and sticks etc. we currently have scaffolding up at the property which will make this job a lot easier, but will be gone in the next week. Requirements: Must have public liability insurance. Must be experienced working at heights and undertaking roof/gutter cleaning. Please provide details of relevant insurance and experience when submitting an offer.

Need the front gutter replaced around 13m metres in length, and two down downpipes around 1.85 in length. I have the gutters, will need to order downpipes similar to pictured.

Description: Seeking an experienced carpenter / builder for exterior weatherproofing work on a single-storey home in Crawley. The property has an added room (extension). One gable-end wall is timber-framed weatherboard on the upper half and brick on the lower half. The roof currently has no eave overhang on this side, so rainwater runs straight down and repeatedly soaks the timber section, which is thin and prone to damp. Scope of work: Build/add an eave (roof overhang) along the roof edge on this wall to direct rainwater away from the wall — including fascia, eave lining and gutter/downpipe as required. Install waterproof cladding/sheeting over the timber wall section, with building wrap/sarking behind, to weatherproof the wall. Requirements: Current trade licence and public liability insurance (please confirm in your offer). Able to advise on / arrange asbestos testing and, if needed, licensed removal — the home is older and existing eave/cladding materials may contain asbestos. Please advise whether a building permit is required for the eave work. Access: The property is tenanted — site inspection must be arranged by appointment in advance. Budget is indicative and subject to on-site inspection. Please provide a written quote after viewing.

The guttering does not seem to divert rain away in a heavy downpour causing ingress of water through a sliding door and seepage onto a concrete floor.

2 downpipes replaced, 1 section of guttering replaced. Measurements in photos are approximate. Both downpipes go down into the ground/soakwell.

Roof leak entering the house, originating near where the original 1920s roof connects to the 1980s extension roof — both clay tile, with a visible change in slope/pitch at the join (see red-boxed area in photo). Likely cause is cracked or displaced tiles, or failed pointing/flashing along the junction.

I’ve changed about 800 roofing screws myself on the easy parts of the roof that have a gentle slope and aren’t so high. But I need someone who can safely change the screws on the higher sections. There isn’t an anchor point on the high section so if that’s needed please quote for installing that too. The screws are mostly only lightly rusted so most come straight out and news ones go easily in. There shouldn’t be problems with screws breaking. I will provide the screws.

We are after someone to come out and quote and hopefully fix our leaking roof. We are a two storey house in Mount Claremont There is a leak on the ground floor loungeroom (NE corner) and upstairs bedroom (also NE corner) as well - same culprit? I would like someone to remove the old solar hot water system from my roof. It is in an awkward spot unfortunately, on the side of the house on a part of the roof that is quite steep. It has already been disconnected so no plumbing required.
