I’m looking for someone to supply or install a strong, permanent dog barrier across the side access of my house in Perth. The gap is approximately 1050mm wide between two brick walls. Requirements: * Must stop a medium-sized Australian Shepherd from accessing the side passage. * Dog is able to jump over lightweight barriers and squeeze through flexible fencing, so it needs to be rigid and secure. * Happy for the solution to be drilled into the brickwork. * Looking for the best solution (metal gate, framed mesh gate, or custom barrier). * Please supply fixings and tools. * I’d like it to look reasonably neat as it’s a rental (minimal permanent damage preferred). Please include your recommended solution and quote.

The gutter on a two story townhouse is corroded. I need a handyman with ladder, or working at heights experience to repair the gutter, remove the rust, dry it and apply a liner. I was checking Guttsa liner, made in Australia.

Need two gutters cleaned both on second floor of townhouse with patio access for rear gutter. Rear gutter is probably 4 m high I’m guessing, access to rear patio only available through house. Have small ladder but would only reach to first floor. Patio is about 5mx5m Will be at home to provide access.

Hi, We are a group of 4 villa's. 2 single storey and 2 double. Approx 125m2 each. Recent roof inspection recommended swapping out the rusty tek screws and one vent top hat. After recently repainting the whole house, I have noticed a couple damp spots emerging on the ceiling. I need someone to get up into the roof space to inspect, identify and stop/seal the source sources of the water ingress. The roof is old but is generally in good condition. The roof itself is decramastic tiles.

Roof leak entering the house, originating near where the original 1920s roof connects to the 1980s extension roof — both clay tile, with a visible change in slope/pitch at the join (see red-boxed area in photo). Likely cause is cracked or displaced tiles, or failed pointing/flashing along the junction.

I’ve changed about 800 roofing screws myself on the easy parts of the roof that have a gentle slope and aren’t so high. But I need someone who can safely change the screws on the higher sections. There isn’t an anchor point on the high section so if that’s needed please quote for installing that too. The screws are mostly only lightly rusted so most come straight out and news ones go easily in. There shouldn’t be problems with screws breaking. I will provide the screws.

I need a qualified carpenter for roof bracing and support repairs following a building inspection report please see images. please note the celing is going to be removed and this work can be done while the old interior is completely out. The inspection report says the following need to be done. - Underpurlins not supported at ends causing sagging over rear section of roof. Additional struts required including bracing / strapping - Underpurlins to main section of roof require additional support at the joins or overlapped areas. - Strapping or bracing to existing struts required including multiple locations.
