1. Shower waterproof seal needs replacing around recess outline - started one side, just needs completing. 2. Have a couple tiles where the grout has worn away so also just need that filling in. I already have the silicone sealant for the shower that could be used for the job.

I have a solar pool heating system on a metal roof in Kensington that has been reactivated after sitting idle. The pump and controller work and the system heats well, but there are a couple of leaks in the black collector strips on the roof (water runs into the downpipe while it’s running). Looking for someone experienced with solar pool heating to: Locate and repair the leaks in the collector strips (proper repair plugs, not tape) Check the strips are properly strapped down, as some are lifting Replace the roof temperature sensor for the controller (Ascon Multi Solar Controller MS3D, currently showing a roof sensor error) I can run the pump while you’re on the roof so leaks are easy to spot. The building has weeds/plants clearly visible growing out of the top gutters. There is also a large tree right next to the building with branches that need trimming back away from the roofline and windows. Scope of Work: • Gutter Cleaning: Remove all debris, leaves, and established weeds growing along the front roof gutters of the three-story building. Ensure downpipes are clear and flowing. • Tree Pruning: Trim back the branches of the large tree on the left side to clear the roofline and prevent damage/blockages. • Green Waste Removal: Collect and dispose of all cleared gutter debris and pruned branches off-site. Must be a licensed plumber Task 1. I'm currently building a pool and need down pipe connected to an existing storm water pipe before they start concreting the pool after which I will lose access. I tried to show the location on the survey attached. It's very rougly ~11m. Some excavation will be required to bury the storm water connection. Task 2. I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own.
