I have a one story house about 120sqm (including a small studio at the back of the house) and need some help to clean the gutters well

I have solar rubber tubing of about 2 meters long hanging of the roof of my house . The solar tubing was disconnected about 15 years ago and was secured to the roof. The wind blew off some of the rubber tubing that is now hanging down the side of the house. I need someone with a ladder and scissors to go up and cut it off.

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own.
