I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. Sheet replacement - currently polycarbonate sheets. New flashing needed as well. No current flashing- timber support bar at the front also will need replacement as current one has wear and tear.
