I need help moving 5 x polycarb roof sheets from Randwick to Bunnings eastgardens. I can help with loading and unloading but will need a vehicle that can hold them.

I have a 2 storey terrace with concrete tiles. Only the portion facing the street, covering aproximately 5m x 5m, is to be pressure washed and painted with an acrylic roof coating in order to seal the tiles. Colour will stay the same. I am only the terrace on the right of this picture (so don't need to do the one above the green house). Repoint ridge capping as well. Please provide all materials necessary. When quoting please tell me what roof coating you would use and how long the entire thing would take in terms of labour hours.

My gutter is leaking and needs repair or replacement. It was repaired 3 years ago and didn’t last. Possibly needs a new length of gutter replaced (approx 5m). Or maybe just some proper taping up and fixing to roof. Unfortunately I don’t have a high enough ladder to get up there and check myself. Happy to quote this process as a repair job only but if a replacement is required you can propose a different price. In the pic you can see in the middle the water is leaking out and pooling on ground. It’s also not the entire length to cover the corner of roof fully so water also falls off roof and pools on ground. Access pics added. Fairly straight forward.

There is 2 little holes Possums enter through 2 holes in the roof. 1) If there are possums, remove them. 2) 2 holes in the roof (20cm x 20cm each) need to be covered. Scaffolding isn't necessary; the work can be done from inside the house. 3) Put up new drywall on the room ceiling (240cm x 70cm), painted white. Looking for a roofie to help repair some cut sarking in Matraville. I believe it was cut when the solar was installed but not repaired at that time. All defects have the flap still attached, probably about 10 flaps. Would like small pieces of sarking placed over the defects, then the flap lifted back up and covered with sarking tape.

Need help installing new roof racks to my Honda Trax (with pre existing side rails) using a K328 kit as an adaption to help it fit. Over the heavy rain we noticed some bubbles in the plaster above a window and below a roof joint. Must be a leak and need it fixed. House is a single storey with a corrugated roof. Pictured is the bubbling of plaster, and roof corner where the problem is. The wood portion seems old and cracked and I assume that is where water is creeping in
