Just moved into my new place. Trying to convert an outdoor side storage room into a bike shed. I need a cosmetic only cost-effective wall and roof panel solution to cover the existing wooden exposed cladding. See pics. I've seen options of PVC panels that can be cut and affixed. Looking for a solution like that, as opposed to wood, chipboard, and having to paint. It's a bike shed. Doesn't have to be grade A craftsmanship, but I would like it too look professionally done. I have double storied house, some parts are single storied. The gutters are quite blocked. I need them cleaned. I would love some sort of gutter guard to be installed only if possible. I would like all the debris to be cleaned up afterwards, will provide two green bins.

The roof on my garage has concrete roof tiles. One of them has slipped down and is now pushing against the gutter. (See photo) I need someone to come and fix the tiles back up into position
