I am looking for a licensed Air Conditioning Technician to service my Samsung ducted system and address a condensation issue in the roof. The Issue: Condensation is forming in the roof space onto the plasterboard, causing paint flaking in the room below. Scope of Work: 1. Full System Service: Clean filters, check refrigerant levels, and check the condensate drain line 2. Leak Fix: Identify if the moisture is a pipe leak or "sweating." 3. Insulation: If required: Re-insulate/wrap the affected copper pipes with closed-cell foam to stop further condensation. Note: The work requires entry into the roof cavity. Please bring your own ladder and insulation materials. (I will handle the internal plasterboard/painting myself once the leak is fixed).

Key Requirements: Material: 3.5m total span using UV-resistant Polycarbonate (minimum 5mm thickness for wind/impact resistance). Dimensions: Sheets should be approx. 80cm-100cm high to overlap the existing railing and reach the 1100mm safety height. Custom Cut: One sheet requires a precision rectangular notch/cut-out to fit around a small brick column at the base. Installation: Secure panels using U-bolts with rubber sleeves (to stop rattling) or heavy-duty UV-rated zip ties. Use a U-channel rail at the base for structural support. Include 5-10mm spacers between the sheets and the metal railing to allow for airflow and prevent algae/mold buildup. Finish: All edges must be de-burred and rounded for safety. Please provide a quote including materials and labor. I can provide a cardboard template for the brick cut-out if needed.
