Old solar strips and pipe on roof to be professionally removed (need a proper roof licensed expert for this job) and Also Isolate/Bypass the System: technician to close the manual valve or adjust the 3-way valve at the pump to stop water from going to the roof. Drain the Lines: Ensure they drain the water from the roof pipes to prevent it from sitting there, which can cause heavy pipes to damage roof structure. Disconnect and Cap: Ask them to cut the PVC pipes near the ground and cap them off to ensure the pump works properly.

The old stink pipe is redundant and is partially broken and leaning over. Could be either capped above the tiles, or cut below the tiles and one tile replaced. It's a second storey roof, so there is some danger. Insurance essential.

We have 2 sets of gutters that need cleaning. The gutter sizes and heights are as follows: - 24m long, at 5.4m above ground for high roof - 20m long, at 3m above ground for low roof The high gutters may also need rehanging, as they seem to droop in the centre, so they fall to the downpipes better.

I need 10 to 12 metres of gutter reattaching to the clips (which are intact) at about 3 to 4 metres above ground … I’d do it myself but I’ve got vertigo right now so can’t go up ladders. 🤣

First photo shows the roof/chimney and second photo shows what it looks like inside. Single story residence, access to the roof would be approx 2.5m. Three ridge caps have come loose from my tiled roof (one is broken).
