I also have a set of window deflectors to put on, they come with their own tool. May need a spanner for the roof box to tighten the nuts and a foot stool to easily access the top. Happy to come to you if near Moorabbin. These are to go on my small Fiat Doblo van. I imagine all up it will be half hour to under an hour to do.

I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to: * Inspect and identify the actual source of the leak (roof, flashing, guttering, roof tiles, waterproofing, etc.). * Repair the source of the water ingress — not just patch or paint over the internal damage. * Check whether there is any moisture or damage inside the ceiling/roof cavity. * Advise if any plaster/cornice repair is required after the leak is fixed. * Ideally provide a quote for the complete repair. Hi, I will need to clean my house gutter - Single storey. Small house.

One of the downpipes at my house is blocked and needs to be cleared. It’s a two-storey house, and there is only one downpipe in this section, so it’s definitely the downpipe itself rather than the main drainage pipe. Access is possible either with a long ladder or from the garage roof to the second-storey roof. Looking for someone experienced with clearing blocked downpipes.

Looking for an experienced and insured roof tiler to professionally replace one cracked black terracotta roof tile at a house in Rowville. The tile sits directly beneath the ridge/hip capping, so part of the capping may need to be carefully removed and reinstated to replace the tile correctly. The homeowner has matching replacement tiles available. The crack has been temporarily sealed with roofing silicone to keep the area weatherproof. Work required: • Remove the cracked tile • Install one of the customer-supplied replacement tiles • Carefully remove and reinstate the affected ridge/hip capping if required • Re-bed and re-point the capping where disturbed, matching the existing finish as closely as possible • Ensure the completed repair is secure and watertight • Avoid damaging the surrounding terracotta tiles • Remove all debris and leave the area clean • Provide before-and-after photos and an invoice for the completed work The customer is particular about the finish, so I’m looking for someone with genuine roof-tiling experience who will complete the repair neatly and professionally.
