I have a section of patio roofing consisting partly of a laserlite strip along the house to let light in. I need the old sections removed and replaced. I have bought the laserlite. I need it cut into 80cm lengths, the old sections taken out and the new sections put back. Then the edges that meet the fascia board of the house sealed with silicone. The section is about 5 metres long and 80cm wide, it meets up with the existing steel colourbond roofing.

I’m looking for an experienced tiler/waterproofing professional to fully regrout and reseal my balcony/deck. The existing grout is cracking, and there is water leaking through and seeping out of the external walls. I want the entire balcony/deck regrouted, rather than only repairing the visibly damaged areas, to provide a consistent finish and reduce the risk of untreated existing grout causing further water penetration or problems in the future. Work required: - Remove the existing grout across the entire balcony/deck as required. - Regrout the whole area with suitable, high-quality grout. - Reseal all necessary joints, edges and penetrations. - Ensure the completed work provides a consistent finish and good protection against water penetration. - Clean up and remove any waste from the work. The priority is to properly address the water ingress and provide a durable, consistent result across the whole balcony rather than carrying out isolated patch repairs. I need a 360 litre roof pod put on my roof racks with 4 x U bolts, I can help, it needs a spare pair of hands, the pod is super light and easily lifted by one person. I also have a set of window deflectors to put on, they come with their own tool. May need a spanner for the roof box to tighten the nuts and a foot stool to easily access the top.
