Just need gutters cleaned out on our single-story 3BR (average size) home in Frankston South. The roof is ordinary terra cotta tiles. No covers on the gutters and in some parts there is a lot of dirt (it’s been several years since last clean). For most of the house, the gutters are easily reachable from just a few steps up a ladder from the ground or back deck. There are bits that are higher up but no big deal if they can’t be done this time, we’re mostly concerned with getting the easy-to-reach parts cleared quickly. - Due date: Before Saturday, 27 August 2022

Springs came out reversing up a gutter

I’m after rat baits placed in the roof. It’s a split-level house so there are two roof cavities. Tiled roof. We have a dog so keen to use a bait that doesn’t pose a risk if the dog happens to get a hold of a rat. We also have a smell in one area of the house which I think is due to waste in the roof. Gutter cleaning, single story property

We need a tarp placed on the roof of a property we own in Bayswater WA. There is a leak from a suspected broken tile however we aren’t in a position to get it repaired. Tarp and material to weigh down the tarp can be provided. We need this done ASAP. It’s a single storey house. You must have your own ladder and tools if required.

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

I have two jobs: To apply waterproof paint around the AC unit (see picture) for leaks. Clean the gutter (approx 4m long) along the new roof & lay a tarpaulin. Material (Paint and Tarpaulin) provided.

I've had a lot of pigeon activity on my roof so I recently had the solar panels wrapped and box gutters sealed. However, a few pigeons somehow snuck into my roof cavity and seem to have died in there because I can smell a horrible decaying waft of air when I turn on my aircon. I need someone to come into my home and access the roof cavity through the manhole and pull out any dead pigeons. You may need a long broom I assume. I don't have any images to share that would help because I can't see into the roof cavity or haven't tried I should say.
