It looks like someone has already broken a tile as you can see in one of the photos and silicon it and I think it’s still leaking from there. You’ll have to get roofer to re-order the whole roof. There is roof tiles that have moved and exposing the roof to water and weather. That’s what I heard back from the handyman, however I don’t think whole roof needs to be reordered. Would need someone to get out there for a quote. It’s in Seabrook, next to point cook

I have a timber home on stumps. Good clearance for most of the underfloor. Total area ia 135 sqm. I think what can be insulated with reasonable access is 125sqm. I am wanting R3 polyester roll insulation installed or open cell spray foam. I have attached photos showing the variation in access heights.

There is a water leak on the top of our roof which is going down the gutters. Possibly coming from a pipe off our solar hot water. Need fixed.

See pics of exact shed below. I purchased the concrete fixings pack that will attach the shed to the concrete pavers where it will sit in our backyard. It just got delivered today even though I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the 17th. So if someone is available today or tomorrow to assemble it before we have bad weather again, that would be ideal!!

I have been advised there is large amount of mold that has appeared in the property due to ventilation internally but to confirm there are no issues internally I would like a Roof inspection. To happen to make sure there is no where water is entering. If so I would like a photo report showing the issues otlr at a minimum individuel photos with listed concern and then complete a make safe where required. If that's replacing a few screws or rivits or silicon or dektite ECT.. I will cover F&R coats. My have a trade license.

Roof leaking, need to change some roof tiles

About 15 meters worth of gutters need clearing out. You will need to provide your own tall ladder as the gutters are relatively high. Single story property. Not looking for a super in depth job, just needing someone to clean out leaves as I don’t have a ladder tall enough. Happy with a quick 10 minute clean out.
