Some roof tiles needs to be replaced some ridge capping needs to be repaired

Single story, 3 bedroom home needs gutters cleaned. You will need to move the ladder around the house to do this as the tiles are very old and you can not walk on the tiles, they break. In the picture you can see where the trees are, and thats where most of the cleaning needs to be done.

I’ve changed about 800 roofing screws myself on the easy parts of the roof that have a gentle slope and aren’t so high. But I need someone who can safely change the screws on the higher sections. There isn’t an anchor point on the high section so if that’s needed please quote for installing that too. The screws are mostly only lightly rusted so most come straight out and news ones go easily in. There shouldn’t be problems with screws breaking. I will provide the screws.
