I have a roof leak on a 2 storey house, which requires 5m ridge capping removal, localised 5-10sqm tile removal, 5-10sqm, sarking install over ridge / valley line area to specs / overlap of existing to perform as moisture barrier & provide photos of repaired sarking. Replace tiles and ridge capping - repointing with barramundi - monier colour. (I will supply Sarking and adhesive tape, & existing pointing waste removal) 2nd location lift 5-10 tiles at gutter / eave to check sarking, tape up & repair if damaged by previous aircon installer. Provide photos of sarking. 3. clear 2nd storey gutters - 50 - 60m length … clear down pipes. 4. Trim approx 15m length of Boston ivy from eave at rear of house. I have already had the house sprayed but a plumber just found evidence of rat droppings in my ceiling at the back of the house so I need someone to supply and install some rat stations around the ceiling especially at the back. Need someone agile and able to climb around in the ceiling. Single storey home with tin roof.

Re-adjust few tiles near each other. Near the eave on double storey. There is about 3 tiles that just need to be moved abit. I tried to move it from inside the ceiling but was having difficuilty since pieces where going in my eyes.

Just need gutters cleaned out on our single-story 3BR (average size) home in Frankston South. The roof is ordinary terra cotta tiles. No covers on the gutters and in some parts there is a lot of dirt (it’s been several years since last clean). For most of the house, the gutters are easily reachable from just a few steps up a ladder from the ground or back deck. There are bits that are higher up but no big deal if they can’t be done this time, we’re mostly concerned with getting the easy-to-reach parts cleared quickly. - Due date: Before Saturday, 27 August 2022
