I need some general maintenance completed on two toilets in my house. One is slow to refill after flushing and the other occasionally continues to slowly flush after the button has been pressed.

We have a 110,000 litre water tank and wish to relocate it to another location on the property. The tank is a Pioneer and has an inner poly liner. We will prepare the new site and just need someone who can dismantle the tank and then reassemble it in it's new location. There are no access issues.
