Find an experienced plumber in Ringwood North

Replace existing 2 piece toilet with a wall faced toilet. Needs to be plumbed in by a licensed plumber. Must replace/reinstall skirting board (doesn't need to be repainted). Will need to be caulked and existing flange / seal must be replaced. We will provide new toilet.

Tap leaking when turned on. Swapped and tested hoses, appears to be the cold tap as the problem. Also used thread seal tape and had no success.

My Gas hot water system does not ignite successfully every time. When I turn on the hot water I can hear the ignition sound from the outdoor every time. But it last for a while then shut off. I need repeated turned on and off for 2-4 times to successfully fire up my hot water system. My hot water systems is Rinnai Infinity 18. I had specialist from gas distributor came and adjusted my gas from 1.3 kPa to 1.6 kPa. After that seems I can fire up my gas hws every 2 times. I need someone who can check and maintain my ignition electrode or flame sensor. By the way. My gas heating system also have fire ignited issues as well. Contact for details please

The shower has been dripping. I had it checked by a friend and a handy man. Both didn’t have the tools. It was mentioned about replacing the spindle set with a standard set of taps or replacing the cartridge.

I have a mixer in my laundry that is leaking right under where the base of the mixer is in the cupboard. It's been like this for 6 months. It can go days with not a drip and then can flood all over the floor, even if the mixer has not been used. I' ve have to turn the taps off permanently and only turn them on when I'm doing a load of washing. The mixer was put in less than 3 years ago and it comes with an extention hose. I'm not sure if I'll need a completely new mixer of not. It's hard to get to because the sink is in the way. Bathroom sink tap is loose, possibly bottom seal mount is missing, there is no leakage. Refer attached images for details. I have bought a replacement tap from Bunnings. Need help to replace old tap with new one. Sink is sitting on top of vanity with stone benchtop. I have attached image new tap as well.

To connect sewer pipe that has been damaged. All material will be onsite ready for connection There is two sections that need to be completed . The pipes have to be reconnected. Digging out and exposing the damage will be done by us we just need it to be reconnected.
